Cityscape created the schematic design through construction documents for this 4,000sf residence with deck overlooking a sloping wooded site.  The house is wrapped with natural materials; primarily stone and wood.  Exposed wooden rafters cantilever past clerestory windows and adds warmth to the entire space.  The house features 13’ tall ceilings, large expanses of glass, and a two story atrium, allowing sunlight to fill the lower level.
