He was responsible for creating Design Criteria documents and conducting on-site design surveys, laying the groundwork for the program's success. As his career progressed, Josh transitioned into a project management role, overseeing projects from design to construction for a diverse range of clients, including commercial clients such as Cat Cora, Cadillac, and Comerica.
His expertise in visualization software and comprehensive knowledge of building codes and municipal regulations enable him to communicate thoughtful and engaging designs that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards. Josh's graduate degree in Architecture, architect license, and NCARB registration provide a solid foundation for his work. His client management skills are highly valued, as he expertly guides clients through the complex design and building processes, ensuring clarity and support at every stage.
